Notice On COVID-19 Prevention and Control of Airshow China 2022
Dear exhibitors and contractors,
In order to prevent and control the COVID-19 and ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition, this notice is formulated according to the ‘Airshow China 2022 COVID-19 Pandemic Prevention and Control Work Plan’ and other relevant regulations, as well as the actual situation of the exhibition. Exhibitors and their construction contractors are requested to cooperate and comply with the terms and conditions set forth as below.
1.The following cases can not participate in airshow
1.1 Those who have visited or lived in domestic medium and high risk areas (or local epidemic areas) within 7 days before entering show site, and the district has been assessed by the health department of Zhuhai as unsuitable for participating in the airshow.
1.2 People who have red or yellow health codes.
1.3 Those who contacted or exposed with confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts within 7 days before entering show site.
1.4 Appears one of the following symptoms within 7 days before entering show site, and has not received any medicare to rule out the COVID-19 pandemic, including fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell or taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, muscle pain, diarrhea and so on.
1.5 Those who have not completed centralized quarantine and health monitoring at home as required after immigration into China.
1.6 Without a negative nucleic acid test result in valid dates.
2.Requirements on epidemic prevention and control
2.1 General requirements
2.1.1 All exhibitors, construction and transportation contractors are requested to sign the ‘Airshow China 2022 Epidemic Prevention and Control Statement’ and attend the training organized by the exhibition organizer;
2.1.2 All staff members of the exhibition are required to live in centralized residence and implement ‘one person, one file’ health monitoring and ‘two points (residence and work)one line’ management and information filing, and shall fill in the ‘Airshow China 2022 Personnel Track and Health Management Record’ daily as required, and submit it to the designated construction contractors before 17:00 daily during move-in and move-out period. The construction contractors shall collect and submit all the records to the organizer, with copies reserved for future reference. Exhibitor shall keep the original record for future reference.
2.1.3 Strictly implement the active reporting system: people with suspected symptoms such as fever, dry cough and fatigue should receive medical check and report any abnormal cases immediately. Contact: Ms. Corrine Liu, Tel: +86 13875635566.
2.1.4 Each exhibitor, contractor shall be assigned a special chief responsible for epidemic prevention and safety work, and cooperate with the organizer. The special chief shall keep inspection and make sure his staff wear face mask all the time and avoid gathering.
2.1.5 Health management records, ticket purchase records, monitoring records and punch records of all staff members are kept by the exhibition organizer for at least two months.
2.2. Epidemic prevention during move-in and move-out
2.2.1 Exhibitors and contractors shall manage the trajectory of staff in the hall, reasonably plan the work area and assign jobs and people flow properly. Without the consent of the organizer, it is forbidden to move around outside the specified area.
2.2.2 Active Report: In case any symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, they must be reported to the organizer as soon as possible.
2.2.3 Take personal protection, always wear a face mask, prevent staff from working in illness, avoid fatigue, keep social distance and avoid gatherings or shorten them to a minimum.
2.2.4 Exhibitors and contractors shall take personal protective measures for the staff, deploy necessary and sufficient epidemic prevention materials and make an emergency response plan for epidemic prevention based on their own actual conditions.
2.2.5 All instruments must be disinfected before move-in. Garbage and wastes in the construction area must be cleared up in time to keep the working environment clean and tidy.
2.3 Epidemic prevention during the exhibition
2.3.1 Each booth shall be assigned a special chief responsible for epidemic prevention and safety work, and cooperate with the organizer. The special chief shall keep inspection and make sure staff and visitors wear face mask all the time and avoid gathering.
2.3.2 Exhibitors shall take personal protective measures for the staff, deploy necessary and sufficient epidemic prevention materials (including alcohol quick hand disinfectant, spare masks) and make an emergency response plan for epidemic prevention based on their own actual conditions.
2.3.3 Ventilation: The exhibitor shall strictly carry out ventilation measures for the booth. The design of enclosed meeting space is not allowed.
2.3.4 Disinfection: Exhibitors shall carry out preventive disinfection of their booths and exhibits from day to day, and keep records of disinfection, and cooperate with the organizer on daily disinfection of the related exhibition area.
2.3.5 Meeting area: Exhibitors shall ensure that the meeting area is ventilated and spacious and that visitors and exhibitors wear face mask correctly. The seating shall be arranged properly for hosts and guests to maintain social distance. The distance between any two meeting units shall be no less than 1 meter.
2.3.6 Restrictions on people flow in exhibition halls: There are restrictions on the number of staff on the booth. It is encouraged to design the booth in a way to avoid crowding. In principle, exhibitors are not allowed to carry out crowd-gathering business promotion activities, but if it is necessary, they should ensure a social distance of 1 meter between persons on the booth, and set up the guiding line, adjust the video & audio volume to an appropriate level to avoid disturbing communication with social distance.
3. Admission requirements
3.1 Big Data Travel Code (No medium and high risk areas)
3.2 the YueKang Code (Guangdong Health Code) is green
3.3 A proof of 24-hour negative result of Nucleic Acid Test on GHC
3.4 Within 24 hours before entering the airshow center, all participants shall complete the entry information submission through the ‘Zhuhai Airshow’ APP or the ‘Zhuhai Airshow’ WeChat app, and get the successful declaration receipt to determine the valid time of entry.
3.5 Temperature testing and wearing a face mask throughout the exhibition.
Holders of passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents, etc. can apply for the Yuekang Code through ‘GHC’ under ‘Yueshengshi’, and can use the negative nucleic acid test report on paper.
4. Catering
4.1 All staff participating in the exhibition shall order meals at designated catering services as per requirement of the organizer, and dine in disinfected area by turns in different timings. Diners shall keep at least 1 meter of distance, avoid talking during meals, and do not arrange round table lunch.
4.2 In view of the current epidemic status, Airshow China 2022 will not provide non-designated catering reservation services. If exhibitor needs a catering contractor, please use the designated catering services of the exhibition. Other catering services are not allowed for admission without permission of the organizer.
4.3 Without permission, meals are prohibited from entering any entrances.
5. Post-show survey on epidemic prevention and control
After the exhibition, the exhibitors should follow up the health status of the staff for 7 days, and report the feedback to the organizer. If any of the staff has a fever or dry cough and is diagnosed as a suspected, confirmed, or asymptomatic COVID-19 case, they need to inform the organizer in time so that the organizer can cooperate with the The Centers for Disease Control(CDC) to conduct an early investigation of relevant contacts as soon as possible.
The epidemic prevention measures contained in this notice are formulated in accordance with China’s current requirements on epidemic prevention and control, and shall be adjusted from time to time with changes in the country’s epidemic prevention policy.

COVID-19 Prevention andControl Requirement on Exhibitors during Show Days at Airshow China 2022
Dear exhibitors,
Welcome to Airshow China 2022, slated to take place from November 8-13,2022 at Zhuhai International Airshow Center. In order to ensure health and safety of all participants and visitors, you are requested to take strict epidemic prevention and control measures for all of your participants and invited visitors in accordance with requirements set forth as below:
1. Applicable to Who?
All staff and invited visitors of sponsors and exhibitors during the show days of Airshow China 2022.
2. Requirements
(1) Person(s) with the following circumstances are not allowed to the show:
A) Within 7 days before entering show site, have traveled or lived in cities/counties of medium-high risk areas (or local epidemic areas), as well as areas deemed inappropriate to attend the show by the Health Authorities of Zhuhai.
B) Have a red or yellow health code on the day of admission.
C) Within 7 days before entering show site, have contact with or exposed with confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons or close contacts.
D) Within 7 days before entering show site, have one of the following symptoms and have not received any medicare to rule out the COVID-19 pandemic: including fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell or taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, muscle pain, diarrhea etc.
E) Have not completed centralized quarantine and health monitoring at home as required after immigration into China .
F) Without a negative nucleic acid test result in valid dates.
(2) Sign the Airshow China 2022 Epidemic Prevention and Control Statement (for Exhibitors)
(3) Admission requirements
A)Big data travel code(No medium and high risk areas)

C) 24-hour negative nucleic acid test result on the Yuekang code(GHC)
(4) Within 24 hours before admission, complete the entry information through the ‘Zhuhai Airshow’ WeChat applet or the ‘Health Declaration’ in the Airshow China APP, and obtain the successful declaration receipt during the valid time of admission.
(5) Body temperature testing and wearing a face mask throughout the show.

3.Others
(1) Stay in a designated hotel and implement ‘one person, one file’ health monitoring and ‘two points, one line’ management. Fill in the ‘Airshow China 2022 Personnel Track and Health Management Record’ daily.
(2) In order to improve the efficiency of the ‘Health Declaration’, please log in to your personal account on ‘Yueshengshi’ and make sure that the negative nucleic acid test report on the Yuekang code is displayed properly. If the nucleic acid test report from other provinces cannot be displayed properly, it is recommended to spare sufficient time for nucleic acid testing after arrival in Zhuhai.
(3) The city of Zhuhai provides designated nucleic acid sampling and testing service for the convenience of the public. The time and location are subject to the release of the Zhuhai Health Department.
(4) This requirement may be updated with the latest work plan for the COVID-19 prevention and control issued by the municipal health department.
