Airshow China 2021 Visitor Guidelines On the COVID-19 Prevention and Control
To prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic and ensure the safety and health of all participants in Airshow China 2021, the following guidelines are formulated according to the Airshow China Zhuhai Executive Committee Work Plan for Prevention and Control of the COVID-19, and the actual situation of Airshow China 2021.
1. Scope of application
This guidelines are applicable to all visitors at Airshow China 2021.
2. Requirement
2.1 The Visitor is NOT allowed to attend Airshow China 2021 in any of the following circumstances:
(1) Has traveled or lived in cities of medium-high risk areas (or local epidemic areas) within 14 days before show opening;
(2) Had a red or yellow indication on "Yuekang Code" or other equivalent code on the day of admission;
(3) Had contact with confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons or close contacts within 14 days before show opening;
(4) Exposed with confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts within 14 days before show opening;
(5) Appearing one of the following symptoms on the day of show opening or in the past 7 days, and has not received any medicare to rule out the COVID-19 pandemic, including fever, cough, sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose, headache, fatigue, muscle pain, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, and a decreased sense of smell;
(6) Failed to complete centralized quarantine and home health monitoring measures as per required after arriving in China.
2.2 Health declaration
Starting from 14 days before show opening and during all show days, the visitor shall submit a daily health declaration on the "Yuekang Code" or equivalent health code. If not applicable, the visitor shall fill out the Airshow Health Declaration (see Appendix 1) and keep it during the show time.
2.3 Terms and conditions for admission
(1) Fill out and submit The 13th Airshow China Personal Health Screening Form (see appendix 2) before entry;
(2) The GREEN big data travel code;
(3) The GREEN Yuekang Code;
(4) Valid Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) Result on Yuekang Code, including:
Negative NAT result within 48 hours, before12:00am, Sept. 28.
Negative NAT result within 72 hours, from 12:00am, Sept. 28 to Oct. 3.
(5) For holders of foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents and Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents who cannot present Yuekang code, they shall go through the artificial-check passage with printed negative NAT certificates.
(6) For those who have no access to Yuekang Code, such as the elderly, children, their companions shall help with the following:
Open the companion’s Yuekang Code→Click ‘Add Member’ at the top right→Click ‘Add Family Member’ at the bottom→Fill in and submit the information as required→Show the Yuekang Code when entering the venue.
(7) Take body temperature and wear a facemask all the times.
3. Other requirement
3.1 Free NAT test service is available in Zhuhai, places and timings of which are to be updated by the Zhuhai healthy authority.
3.2 To expedite admission, please make sure your Yuekang code is able to display your NAT result , even those from other provinces and cities. Otherwise, please take the NAT as soon as possible upon arriving in Zhuhai.
3.3 The requirements are subject to change without prior notice. Please keep update with the latest notice of the Zhuhai health authority.
The guidelines are subject to adjustment from time to time as per the pandemic status.
