Facelifts to begin

    FIFTEEN bridges including the Fenghuang and Weinong bridges and 20 roads such as Ningxi, Yuehai and Jinji roads will be renovated next year, it was announced at a meeting to discuss Xiangzhou's "135 Initiative" on September 1.
    Moreover, the old roads in Zhongxinli and Dongfengli will be improved and street lamps upgraded. The street lamp poles along the Nanwan Avenue and Fenghuang Road will be repainted. At the same time, re-landscaping will be conducted at 20 mini parks near the Southern Banzhang Tunnel and other areas and improvements will be made at 25 public restrooms and 20 garbage storages.
