    THE Tangjiawan Historical Cultural Town Concept Design and Tangjiawan Historical Cultural Town Protection Design have been approved by the Zhuhai Urban Design Technical Panel The design covers 60 square kilometres including Jinding and Western Coastal Expressway in the west Fenghuang Mountain in the south Gangwan Highway and the sea in the north and the Tangjiawan Town and Qiao Island in the east The design stipulates that Tangjiawan Area is a scenic human habitat and tourist attraction of the Pearl River Delta with sea and hill views and historical remains a new economy base with ecological exemplary industry and cultural industry as the pillar industries Preservation of cultural and historical resources will be conducted in four phases -- preparation startup nurturing and maturing
