(1)Publicize the constitution, laws, codes and the national policy. 

(2) Report to and attend the committee’s meeting and preside over it. Organize all residents to follow the decisions made by the committee’s meeting. 

(3)   Develop the community’s economy and supervise the community property according to the law. 

(4)   Develop various community services for the resident’s convenience and comfort. Accommodate the residents and local business units such as the manufacturing, life, word and some other things.  

(5)   Arrange for the residents to obtain in public services.   

(6)   Develop various activities to encourage the construction of a socialist cultural ideology. 

(7)   Mediate civil disagreements. Enhance peace and harmony among families and neighbors. 

(8)   Assist the local government and the nominated departments in conducting the following work: public security, family planning, support and preference for the national military and their family, social charity, adolescent education, public sanitation, etc. 

(9) Supply feedback regarding residents’ comments and concerns, and make proposals to the local government and relevant departments.
