The District Administrative Office is responsible for the administration of its precinct, comprehensive social services and other affairs, based on national laws and regulations under the limits authorized by the district government. The office can construct and carry out ways to govern public security. The office will also mediate civil disagreements. It will govern the floating population those who are not the local residents. It will also assist the relevant departments in conducting the following work: family planning, public sanitation, city environment and employment. In addition, it will develop community services and offer support and preference to the national military and their family. It will foster community culture, popular science, sports and education. It will supervise its economic organizations and guide investors to develop manufacturing and management and other affairs bestowed by the higher government.
