TITLE SPONSOR FOR AIRSHOW CHINA 2008 PRESS CENTER
I. Introduction
Located on the left of the entrance to the exhibition center, the Press Center is a multi-functional service facility built for large-scaled exhibition. With an area of 10,500 sqm, including 1 big multi-functional lecture hall, 16 correspondent working rooms and broadcasting rooms, 38 offices, 1 computer and fire control room, 3 lounges and 9 conference rooms equipped with multi-lingual simultaneous translation system, it can be used for press conference, technical seminar and TV live & relay transmission. With a complete set of facilities providing such services as water and electricity supply, central air-conditioning, broadcasting, television monitoring, telephone, fax, internet, storage and catering, the Press Center is an advanced exhibition service center of international level for news editing, television broadcasting, business negotiation, academic exchange, watching flying display, business office, news releasing, catering and resting.
During the show, the Press Center is open to exhibitors, trade visitors, journalists throughout the world as well as staff. So, it is a place where a large number of distinguished guests, trade visitors and media gather and can provide the best opportunity for aviation and aerospace industries to publicize their corporate images.
II. Entitlement for the sponsor:
1. the sole and exclusive naming right of the Press Center (including the general naming right of the Press Center and specific naming right of the individual conference room therein);
2. an honorary title of ¡°Naming Sponsor of Airshow China 2008 Press Center¡± awarded, which will appear in publicity materials and media reports related to naming sponsors of Airshow China 2008;
3. five billboards indicating general naming such as ¡°Airshow China 2008 XXX Press Center¡± to be put above the five entrances to the Press Center;
4. the name of the naming meeting rooms shown on the meeting indicative boards;
5. trade mark advertising spaces on all indicative boards inside the Press Center;
6. one advertising space on the background board of the only information counter inside the Press Center;
7. one advertising space in a best location on the top of the Press Center(12m¡Á3m);
8. one billboard inside the main entrance (8m¡Á4m);
9. one full page of color advertisement in Official Exhibition Directory of Airshow China 2008;
10. one press rack in the press center;
11. a meeting between the high-ranking leader attending the reception and the senior representative of the sponsor (subject to the schedule of the high-ranking leader);
12. the right to use one conference room twice free of charge (subject to the conference schedule);
13. four senior representatives of the sponsor to be invited as VIP to the opening flight show, with one complimentary VIP parking label.
III. Sponsorship amount:100,000 USD
Note: The rights and benefits are adjustable subject to the sponsor's request and the sponsorship amount.
