SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM FOR OFFICIAL OPENING
RECEPTION OF AIRSHOW CHINA 2008

I. Introduction: The Official Opening Reception of Airshow China 2008 is to be held in Zhuhai on Nov.3rd, 2008. Present at the reception will be a great number of distinguished guests, including top State and military leaders, military and trade delegations, celebrities from Macao and HK, aerospace industry leaders and airline executives. Sponsoring the Official Reception of Airshow China 2008 will not only help to elevate the sponsor’s image, but is also an effective way to build up close relationships with the Chinese aerospace industry and related authorities.

II. Entitlement for the sponsor:
1. the honorary title as the “Exclusive Sponsor of Official Opening Reception of Airshow China 2008 ”, which is to be shown on publicity materials and media reports related to naming sponsors of Airshow China 2008;
2. the logo and name of the sponsor shown on the background board of the Official Opening Reception;
3. the logo and name of the sponsor shown on the indicating boards and invitations;
4. one 6㎡ information desk beside the reception desk provided to show the corporate image and send out brochures;
5. one billboard inside the main entrance (8m×4m);
6. one billboard on the wall of the Exhibition Halls (7.5m×4m);
7. one billboard above the main entrance (25m×4m);
8. one page color advertisement in Official Exhibition Directory of Airshow China 2008;
9. a meeting between the high-ranking leader attending the reception and the senior representative of the sponsor (subject to the schedule of the high-ranking leader);
10. the right to use one conference room once free of charge (subject to the conference schedule);
11. four senior representatives of the sponsor to be invited as VIP to the opening flight show, with one complimentary VIP parking label.

III. Sponsorship amount: 120,000 USD
